Promethians--a question

Did any of them have writing on their forehead, specifically: אמת?

translates to "Truth"

Specifically that relates to a Jewish golem of hebrew tradition. Aparently you make something out of clay, write the name of God on its forehead (or "Emet" or "Truth" in this case) to turn it on, erase the first letter to make it "Met" in this case to turn it off....

Just wondering if these "Promethians" have anything to do with Golem.

אמת is usually inscribed on the forehead of the Golem to bring it to life. Erasing the א kills it...

From what I can tell they -are- golems. I encountered three of these creatures in a research facility beneath a warehouse owned by a group of vampires. I did not notice any writing on their foreheads, but I did find that a tazer gun (or electricity in general) will instantly turn them into a puddle of goo. I don't know if this works for all of them, but its worked for me so far.

Each promethian is created differently. Depending on the terms and limitations that their creators put in place they could contain any number of bodily symbols or any number of various strengths/weaknesses. You'll have to gauge them individually.

That only worked on -our- promethians. Any number of means could be used to destroy other creations. It all depends on who created them, how they created them and for what purpose they were created.
